Tours of the house are led by me or my wife and are by appointment only. By definition each and every tour is unique. The minimum number for a tour is usually fifteen although we are happy to show smaller groups.
The tour takes in the Great Hall, which contains some superb early 16th century panelling , the late 17th century Great Staircase, The Great Parlour, the ruined Ante Room the Old Dining Room, a series of bedrooms and the Gothic library, drawing room and dining room all of which were remodelled by the architect James Wyatt in 1805 and are currently in daily use by my family. At the end of the tour participants are free to wander around the grounds and gardens at will.
